Mizara
Terms of use
Last updated 17 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Ammar Kapasi, who runs Mizara (“Mizara”, “we”). By using mizara.co you agree to them. If you use Mizara for a company, you agree for that company. If your company has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever the two are different.
What Mizara does
We write job simulations for a company’s roles and host them for candidates. People at the company set up roles with us, review the simulations, share links with candidates and read their answers.
Accounts
- Mizara opens company accounts. You get a link to set up yours.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
- Only people at your company should use your company’s account.
Using Mizara to hire
If you use Mizara for your company, you agree to:
- use it only to hire for real roles at your company;
- follow the laws that apply to hiring, including laws against discrimination;
- give candidates reasonable adjustments when they ask, such as more time or a different format;
- use candidates’ answers only to decide about the role they applied for, and keep them private;
- tell candidates anything the law where you hire requires you to tell them.
You make every hiring decision. Mizara shows you what candidates wrote. It does not tell you who to hire, and it does not promise any result.
If you are a candidate
- Answer in your own words.
- Please do not share the situations: other candidates answer them too.
- Your answers go to the company that invited you. The privacy notice explains how they are handled.
- Candidates never pay, and never do real work for the company: every situation is made up.
What belongs to whom
- What your company gives us, such as notes, job descriptions and answers, stays yours. You let us use it to provide the service.
- Mizara owns the website, its software and its way of writing simulations. Unless your agreement with us says otherwise, your company may use the simulations we write for it for its own hiring.
- Candidates own their answers, and let the company and Mizara use them to make a hiring decision for that role.
What you must not do
- Try to get into accounts or information that are not yours.
- Try to break, overload or copy the site.
- Use automated tools to apply or to answer a simulation.
- Put anything illegal or harmful into it.
Payment
Prices and payment are agreed separately with each company. Nothing on this page sets a price.
Ending
You can stop using Mizara at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When a company stops using Mizara, we delete its information as the privacy notice describes.
No promises about results
Mizara is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, or that it will lead to a good hire.
Limits on what we owe
As far as the law allows, Mizara is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or the results of a hiring decision. For any claim, the most Mizara owes is what your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and we tell company users directly about big changes.
Law
California law applies to these terms. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts in California.
